PLEASE NOTE: The yearbook staff requires a general release from your photographer for us to use the portrait both in the yearbook and in the class composite, which the yearbook staff creates. Both the portrait and release must be delivered by the Nov. 1 deadline.

- Glossy
- Head/shoulders shot only (no hands)
- No props
- No cap/gown
- School appropriate attire (e.g. no spaghetti straps, bare shoulders)
- No soft focus or filters
- Neutral gray background (click here for example)
- Final printed size will be approx. 1.5" x 2". Please include extra space on all sides so we can do final cropping to conform to our parameters.
- Email images to [email protected] or provide on disk or flash drive. File must be .jpg, RGB color, minimum resolution 300 dpi for 1.5" x 2" image.
- Prints may be submitted but must also be studio-quality (photo stock paper) and should be uncropped to allow for adjustment to best match the others in the section.
